‘The Wanted 18’ Film Screening and Fundraiser

Join Apartheid Free Communities BC and ILPS Canada for a meaningful evening of film and discussion.
On November 15, we invite you to a special fundraiser and film screening of “The Wanted 18”. Following the screening, we will have a group discussion about the film and hear from eye witnesses who have witnessed the resistance in Beit Sahour.
In this award-winning documentary, directors Amer Shomali and Paul Cowan bring to life a remarkable story of non-violent resistance during the First Intifada.
Your attendance at this event isn’t just a seat at a film screening, it will support the BC delegation’s participation in The International People’s Tribunal on Palestine in Barcelona organized by the International Peoples’ Front, International League of Peoples’ Struggle, and People’s Coalition on Food Sovereignty. The International People’s Tribunal on Palestine is a quasi-judicial forum convened to investigate and address alleged war crimes committed by “Israel” and its backers, namely the US, UK, France, Germany and others. It serves as a platform for victims and advocates and their organizations to present evidence and legal arguments related to the crimes committed against the Palestinian people.
